Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across all areas of Karachi only. You only pay when you receive your order. No advance payment is required!
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can track your shipment in real-time through our courier partner’s website.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package is not received after 3 attempts, it will be returned to us. A re-delivery fee may apply for reshipment.

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if you receive:
